At Oak Tree Mobility, we offer an award-winning national home-visit service. One of our friendly, occupational-therapist-trained advisors will bring you a bed to try in the comfort of your own home. They will take the time to assess your needs and discover the best solution for you. We understand that you've probably got a lot of questions. Don't worry – that's completely understandable. To help, we have put together a list of answers to some of the most popular questions that we get asked.

  • Why are there no prices on the website?

    Every bed we manufacture is unique and made to order for the specific needs of its user. No two beds are the same: our choices of styles, fabrics, sizes and accessories produce limitless combinations. This makes it impossible for us to give you an accurate price without first fully understanding your needs. We strongly recommend booking a home visit with one of our experienced consultants. They can offer expert advice and help you choose a bed that meets your needs perfectly. There will be no pressure or obligation to buy, and you will be given a quotation to consider in the comfort of your own home.

  • Am I committing myself to anything with a home visit?

    No. Your home visit will be completely obligation free. The only thing we might ask for is a cup of tea! We will simply take the time you need to answer your questions and help you try out one of our adjustable beds. At the end of the visit, we will leave you with a quotation based on your requirements.

  • Will I get help assessing my specific needs?

    Yes. Our friendly advisors will take their time to speak to you about exactly what you want from your bed. They will be able to advise you on the best options and explain how our beds can help you find the comfort you are looking for.

  • Will you train me in the use of my new bed?

    Yes. When we deliver your new bed, we will take the time with you until you feel completely comfortable. We will show you the controls and demonstrate the best way to get comfortable. All our adjustable beds are really simple to use and our customers are usually enjoying theirs confidently in no time.

  • What after sales service can I expect?

    We have built a reputation for first-class customer service, and that will continue after you have received your bed. Our experienced and dedicated team are here to answer any questions you might have. If you ever need us, simply give us a call and we’ll be ready to help. In the unlikely event that you experience any technical difficulties with your bed, we have a team of expert technicians on hand too. Your peace of mind is guaranteed.

  • What happens to my traded-in furniture?

    We will collect your old furniture on the same day we deliver your new bed. We will take your old furniture away and set up your new bed for you. We will then donate the old furniture we collect to the British Heart Foundation, helping them raise money.

  • Will I get something for my old furniture?

    Yes. If you trade in an old chair, we will give you a minimum of £250 off your new chair. We will then donate your old chair to the British Heart Foundation, who will use it to raise money for their research.

  • How can I arrange delivery?

    Once your bed has been made and checked by our rigorous quality control, our customer service team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date. You can also expect a call from our delivery and installation team thirty minutes before they arrive to notify you they are on their way.

  • How does delivery and installation work?

    We provide a two-man white-glove delivery and installation service included in the price of all our beds. Once we arrive, we will ask you where you would like your bed positioned. Then we will unwrap it, remove all the packaging, assemble it, and help you familiarise yourself with the controls. We will not leave until you are completely satisfied and comfortable with your new bed.

  • Will I get something for my old furniture?

    Yes. If you trade in an old bed, we will give you a minimum discount of £250 off your new bed. We will then donate your old bed to the British Heart Foundation, who will use it to raise money for their research.

Autumn Half Price Sale

This spring, we are offering a sale so good you’ll hardly believe it. If you buy a chair, we will give you any other chair or bed half price!

£250 Minimum Trade In

Trade in your old furniture and we will give you £250 off your new chair! We will then donate your old furniture to the British Heart Foundation to help them raise money for their research.
