With the discovery of a new variant of COVD-19, we want to share the details of what we are doing to help keep all our customers, staff and suppliers safe during this time.
At Oak Tree, we understand that for most people who need them, our products are essential. Because of that, we will continue to provide our services while following advice from the government and health authorities.
While the risk to any single individual remains relatively low, we are taking precautions, many of which we already do as a matter of routine.
Here are the things we’re doing…
Hand Washing
All our staff are following the official advice to wash their hands thoroughly and regularly, as well as avoiding touching their eyes, nose and mouth.
Responsible Staffing
Following government guidelines, any member of staff who shows symptoms of coronavirus will be sent home to self-isolate. We take the health and wellbeing of all our staff and customers incredibly seriously and will take every possible step to ensure everyone stays safe.
Keeping our Equipment Clean
Our staff are properly trained to keep our vans and demonstration equipment clean. We will be wiping surfaces down with disinfectant or soap and water. You can rest assured that every product you try will have been thoroughly cleaned, and we will be more than happy to re-clean any surfaces if asked.

Hand Washing
As you are probably aware, one of the easiest and most effective ways of staying safe is regular hand washing. For the safety of our employees and the wider community, we ask you to wash your hands with soap and water before an appointment.

If you’re concerned that you may have Coronavirus, you’re worried about your symptoms or you want to know what to do should you have the virus go to The World Health Organization website and read the ‘Advice for the Public.’
